Allison Hughes is a writer. She is an accomplished freelance writer and editor. She is currently working toward having her manuscripts published into novels.

She spent her youth as a competitive figure skater, growing passionate about the arts and storytelling. She still skates and performs in many venues across the Pacific Northwest.

Allison studied writing at the University of Utah. She loves to engage with the projects she works on, diving headfirst into the research, investigation, and production of stories she feels are worth writing. ​
